Hines opened its central Tokyo office in 2017. Initially established by the Capital Markets Group, Hines Japan expanded in 2020 and now serves as a regional office focused on development, acquisitions and asset management in the 3rd largest economy in the world. The Tokyo-based team is growing and has added five investment and development team members since 2020.
